×About the Stand Up World Series


The Stand Up World Series is the World Championship Series that has been set up to provide a legitimate global platform for the world's best Stand Up Paddle Racers and a pathway to crowning the sport's undisputed World Racing Champion. With 15 World Qualifying races across 11 different countries, the Stand Up World Series will provide a open access qualification process for the climactic World Championship Finals that will take place on the North Shore of Oahu in October of 2012.

The 2012 Stand Up World Series is scheduled to start in November of 2011, with the Namotu World Paddle Challenge Fiji, to allow for the Southern Hemisphere summer racing season with the culmination of the season taking place in October of 2012 at Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. Official WQS points system and qualifying race information to follow shortly.
